The Nordic Africa Institute is looking for a post-doctoral researcher in the area of development economics with an excellent record of experience working on the economic analysis of issues and trends relevant to modern Africa to join its team of resident researchers. Specifically, the candidate is expected to work in areas related to economic growth, trade, public finance, inequality and poverty. The postdoctoral research will work under the direction of Associate Professor Jörgen Levin. The Nordic Africa Institute (NAI) is a Swedish government agency and has a unique mandate to produce research and inform policy which is relevant to support development in Africa.
