Post COP16 analysis: From biodiversity commitments to action

On 21 November 2024, the Focali research network, Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), SIANI, the Centre for Environmental and Climate Science (CEC) and BECC research environment at Lund University, will be hosting a webinar together to analyse the outcomes of the recent COP16 held in Cali, Colombia.
Did the COP16 deliver the necessary outcomes? What do these outcomes mean for future biodiversity and climate action? The webinar will feature researchers, country delegates, topic experts and representatives from indigenous communities who will share their experiences and insights of what happened, why, and with what implications for people and nature.
