Fores seminar – Aid in a Changing Climate (in Swedish)

On 16 December 2024, Fores will hold a seminar, in Swedish, entitled ‘Aid in a Changing Climate’. The event is linked to a new policy report on the transformation of Swedish climate aid that will be launched the day of the event.
The report, authored by Veronica Brodén Gyberg (LiU, SweDev Executive Committee) and Mathias Fridahl (LiU), examines Sweden’s role in international climate aid and the new ambitions presented in the government’s reform agenda. What are the potential challenges of these changes? What opportunities exist? And how can climate aid be designed to be both effective and sustainable – adapted to a changing climate?
The issues, and many other topics, will be discussed with the authors of the report and a panel of experts and decision-makers. Participants include:
