As of Fall 2024, the SweDev Secretariat will be hosted at the Department of Government at Uppsala University.

Since its creation in 2019, the Swedish Development Research Network (SweDev) Secretariat has been hosted at the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). However, the Fall 2024 marks the beginning of a new chapter as the Secretariat moves to the Department of Government at Uppsala University.
SweDev is pleased to welcome new team members at the Secretariat, namely Emma Elfversson () as the new Programme Director and Samantha Julien () as the new SweDev Coordinator. The Secretariat can also be reached through this email address: .
SweDev wants to warmly thank all the staff from SEI that have been involved in the network in the past years for their meaningful contributions, including Janet Vähämäki and Annika Hilgert who were recently holding the Programme Director and SweDev Coordinator positions.
SEI will continue its work with SweDev by staying involved in the Executive Committee and the Steering Group. SEI’s Development Policy and Finance team will further continue to co-organise the Dialogues on Development Research with SweDev.
