“The International Vaccine Institute (IVI) is organizing its 23rd International Vaccinology Course (IVC), scheduled from 2-6 September this year. The IVC is central to IVI’s mission to advance vaccine development. It aims to equip healthcare professionals and researchers worldwide with up-to-date knowledge in the vaccine field.

The 5-day intensive training program, themed “Vaccine to Vaccination: from Science to Society” will explore the fundamentals of vaccinology and the process of creating vaccines—how they are developed, tested, regulated, and approved—while emphasizing their ultimate purpose: vaccination. Key topics will address overcoming challenges to vaccine use, shaping vaccine markets, ensuring a sustainable supply, and maintaining public confidence in vaccines.

In total, the course will bring together approximately 200 participants from 81 nationalities across the three sites, with 18 participants joining from Stockholm. This hybrid format will allow engagement with global experts and offer lectures, quizzes, case studies, networking opportunities, and more.”
