The European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (EADI) is hosting a workshop for academics, teachers, practitioners, and coordinators around the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the future of development research on 13-14 June 2024.
“As AI rapidly transforms the world around us, its influence on development studies and social sciences has become more discussed, in particular the balance between educational opportunities and pragmatic and ethical challenges.”
Topics of discussion for the workshop include the role of AI in the classroom, ethical issues related to AI in education, and upcoming development challenges caused by AI.
