Are you a PhD student with an interest in the governance of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals? Apply to the course Governance and the Sustainable Development Goals by the Development Research School.

The course provides a critical introduction to the governance of sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals. It emphasizes the challenges of implementing the 2030 Agenda with a special focus on low-and middle-income countries. Different theoretical perspectives and concepts related to governance will be introduced and applied on empirical examples stemming from global, national, and local levels of sustainable development governance.

The participants will be asked to connect their own research projects to the themes of the course and to bring in their perspectives on the 2030 Agenda from different disciplinary backgrounds.

The course consists of four online seminars and one onsite workshop spanning over three days at Lund University and is free of charge.

Deadline: 18 December.
